Shipping policy

During the purchase process at www.joanasimoes.com you will be asked for the billing and delivery addresses. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

All details must be filled in completely and correctly to ensure a successful delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information.

Shipping is free in Portugal. Worldwide shipping costs have a €4.50 fee and are free for orders over €50.

All shipments to national and international destinations will be made via CTT (Portuguese Post Office), by registered mail, to the address indicated by the Customer.

In case of loss, Joana Simões – Joalharia de Autor undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the full amount of the order, unless the Customer provided incorrect information under their responsibility.

The estimated delivery time is 24 working hours after dispatch. If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, a notice will be left so the order can be collected at the nearest CTT station within the indicated period.

If the order is returned to Joana Simões – Joalharia de Autor because it was not collected on time at the CTT station, re-shipment will only be made upon payment of the re-shipping costs.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes when the order arrives in your country. We are not aware of these rates and cannot predict their value, as they vary from country to country. You should contact local authorities for more information.
