Refund policy

After receiving your order, the Customer has 14 days to make an exchange, from the date of receipt.

You should send an email to info@joanasimoes.com to receive all the information. You cannot exchange custom items.

Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of free resolution of the contract, from the order’s receipt date.

In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must notify us of your decision by email to info@joanasimoes.com. Custom items cannot be returned.

Under legal terms, Joana Simões – Joalharia de Autor jewellery is guaranteed for 2 years. The warranty period starts on the printed date of your proof of purchase, which must be presented for this purpose.

Defects arising from improper or abusive use, normal wear and tear, and the following situations (loss, deterioration, oxidation, improper maintenance and cleaning, improper handling, negligence, and accidents) are excluded from the guarantee.

Marks of use resulting from daily activity and the passage of time are considered normal by the Brand.

All Joana Simões – Joalharia de Autor jewellery is individually produced through manual processes. Therefore, there may be slight variations between the photographs of the jewels you see on the Site and the jewellery you will receive.

We will do everything in our power to prevent this from happening; however, within the limits of Portuguese law, Joana Simões – Joalharia de Autor is not responsible for any losses, direct or indirect, regarding the accuracy of the Site’s content.
