What is the return policy?

Where are we located?
Our Atelier in the Telheiras area in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon is open for visitors. You are more than welcome to visit, so please contact us to make an appointment.
When will I get my order?
The estimated delivery time is 24 working hours after dispatch. If there is no one to receive the order at the shipping address, a document will be left to pick up the order at the nearest CTT Station, within the period indicated.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed and handcrafted in Portgual and we only use precious metals. Joana Simões – Joalharia de Autor® ” products are tested by Contrastaria Portuguesa, Imprensa Nacional – Casa da Moeda (INCM).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. For Portugal, it will be charged 4.50€ for orders up to 50€. For orders higher than 50€, the shipping is free of charge. For international shippin,g 16€ will be charged.
